Championship is only around the corner.

The pendulum swings quickly from the league scene to championship fare, in Cork and Avondhu next weekend, and football is first up.
Killavullen is no different, and we open our 2024 championship aspirations with a Junior B championship Game against Kildorrery, in the Junior B 2 Football championship, in Kilworth, on Sunday night next, the 28th @ 6.30 PM. In a tough group, we play Mitchelstown on the 18th of August.
In Junior hurling, we play Araglen in JAHC on the 3rd of August, Charleville on the 25th and finish up our hurling games, against Glanworth, on the 7th of September. Two of the four teams in that group advance in the championship.
In Junior Football, Killavullen play Ballyclough on the 17th of August and Kilshannig on the 15th of September, with two teams to advance.
The compressed nature of the season, will stretch all clubs, and none more so, than dual clubs, so big panels, and hope fully no injuries will have to be a prerequisite for success.
