This first step involves you creating a user account on the Foireann system. From this account you can register with the club, pay your membership etc. Note that for children under 18 years, the Foireann account needs to be setup by a parent/guardian. Note also that, if you were previously completing the Covid return to play health questionnaire, then you already have the required account set up.

1. Go to the Foireann webpage www.Foireann.ie
2. Click on the 'New User? Register' option.
3. Complete the required fields (first name, surname, email address, user name, and password). Note that the user name must be unique to you.  Confirm that you are over 18, and that you have read the data protection rules.
4. Once the data entry is complete, click 'Continue'.

1. An email will be sent automatically to the email account you registered above. You have 24 hours to respond to this email and activate the account you have created. If the email is not in your Inbox, check your Junk/Spam folder.
2. To activate the Foireann account, click on the link in this email to confirm that the Foireann account is valid. 
3. Clicking this link will bring you back into Foireann.
4. You may now login and create your profile and pay your membership (see below for further information).

You set up your Foireann profile as follows

1. When you login initially following your account activation, you will be taken to your Profile page. You can also access this page at any time once you are logged in, by selecting 'Profile' from the menu on the left hand side of the page.
2. When creating the profile, ensure that your select Killavullen LGFA (NOT Killavullen GAA).

• From 'Association' dropdown, select 'LGFA. (i.e. Ladies Gaelic Football Association, which has the logo shown here on the left).
• From 'County' dropdown, select 'Cork'.
• From 'Club' dropdown, select 'Killavullen'.

Similarly, you can create a profile for each player in your family, and then pay your club subscription.
